I. Inner adhesive layer material
Nitrile rubber (NBR) ‌
The higher the acrylonitrile content, the stronger the oil resistance. It is suitable for media such as hydraulic oil and fuel oil, and the working temperature ranges from -40℃ to 100℃.
Chloroprene rubber (CR) ‌
It has excellent ozone resistance and weather resistance, and is often used in outer layer glue or oil-resistant scenarios.
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) ‌
Resistant to high-temperature steam (≤120℃) and ultraviolet rays, suitable for outdoor water pipes or cooling systems.
Fluorine rubber (FKM) ‌
Resistant to strong acids, alkalis and high temperatures (≤200℃), it is used for the transportation of chemical or high-temperature media.
Silicone rubber (Si) ‌
It has a wide temperature resistance range (-70℃ to 250℃) and is suitable for high-temperature steam or food-grade pipelines.
Ii. Reinforcing layer material
Metal skeleton ‌
Steel wire braiding/winding (such as four-layer steel wire) is used in high-pressure scenarios (≥10MPa), with a pressure resistance of up to 80MPa.
Fiber material ‌
Polyester fibers, aramid fibers, etc., are suitable for medium and low pressure or scenarios that require flexibility.
Iii. Outer Adhesive Layer Material
Wear-resistant rubber ‌ : such as polyurethane (PU) or neoprene, protects the inner layer from mechanical damage.
Specialty rubbers ‌ : such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE), used for wear resistance requirements of media containing particles.
Iv. Special-purpose materials
Food-grade rubber hose ‌ : The inner layer is made of PVC or silicone rubber, meeting hygiene standards.
