Types and technical parameters of mine nut joints
Mine nut joints are mainly used for coal mine support, connection of coal mining machines and hydraulic systems, and need to meet the requirements of high strength, anti-loosening and corrosion resistance. The following are the key classifications and technical details:
1. Special nuts for anchor rods
Mushroom head nut : spherical design, compatible with M16-M24 thread, used for anchor bolt support, material is 4.8 grade carbon steel or thickened oxidation blackening treatment, tensile strength ≥400MPa.
Torque nut : with gasket design, it controls the preload through torque to prevent loosening and is suitable for left-rotating/right-rotating anchor rods (such as M18-M24 specifications) .
2. Youdaoplaceholder0 hydraulic nut
Coal mining machine connection : specifications range from M30×2 to M72×4, working pressure 180-200 mpa, it needs to be used in conjunction with ultra-high pressure pumps, and high preload is achieved through tension bolts.
Locking structure : including piston, gasket and tightening ring. Special tools are required for disassembly (such as OEM products of Shanghai Kuihe hydraulic machinery) .
3. Youdaoplaceholder0 mine quick couplings
K-type /DN standard : It includes a three-piece set of O-rings, retaining rings and dust caps, supports straight-through, elbow and other connection forms, and is suitable for high-pressure pipelines (such as DN15 clamp-type joints) .
